Who: Kettlebell training is for everyone! They are safe, fun and an amazing workout.
When: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 6 – 7 p.m.

What: Kettlebells and Coaching are provided, bring workout cloths and your smiling faces. Dress according to the weather outside.

Tuition:

Drop in Classes: $12 a class
2 classes week: $75 a Month ($9.37 a class)
Unlimited classes: Up to 4 a week: $100 a Month ($6.25 a class)

Wing Chun Kung Fu:

I have started teaching Kung Fu again at the North end of Kellog park near La Jolla shores. Wing Chun is a very simple effective boxing method using striking, kicking, trapping and sticking methods against an opponent.  It is very efficient and practical, learn forms, drills, Chi Sao weapons and wooden dummy techniques. Classes are  Sunday from 10 am – 12 Noon.
