Wing Chun Kung Fu:
I have started teaching Kung Fu again at the North end of Kellog park near La Jolla shores. Wing Chun is a very simple effective boxing method using striking, kicking, trapping and sticking methods against an opponent. It is very efficient and practical, learn forms, drills, Chi Sao weapons and wooden dummy techniques. Please contact me for additional information.
