I am really excited!
This is the new and improved Solid State Kettlebell (www.solidstatekettlebell.com). We were up and down for a while but now we are in full swing (pun intended) again. I decided to go with a WordPress based web page because of ease of updates and the ability to quickly put the daily workouts up on the site.
Classes are still being held at Balboa park in front of the municipal pool, Monday thru Thursday from
5:45 – 6: 45. Please call me if you want to attend.
The first class is $12 and you can attend the second class free. After that it is $75 a month for 2 classes a week and $100 a month for unlimited classes

In other news, we have 2 video’s set for release from Unique publications (http://www.up-publications.com) in the new year. No dates yet but I will keep you updated as I know more.
