Personal training packages

On ramp program: $125 – The on-ramp program provides you with 4 private lessons and  a months worth of boot camp classes. Perfect for those who have not worked out in a long time or the beginner who needs some pointers for developing good form. After the on ramp program students may continue with private lessons or transition to group classes

One-on-one sessions: These sessions provide the basis for achieving your goals and staying on track through motivation and personal supervision.

Single PT session: $50 per session
Eight PT sessions: $45 per session
Twelve PT sessions: $40 per session
