2 stations

Station 1: 10 Kettlebell swings a side

Station 2: Clean/ Jerk/ Long Cycle

The goal is simple 300 swings a side and 30 of each exercise.

1. Start with ten swings a side, walk to station 2 and perform 3 Cleans a side. Repeat 10 times (100 swings L/R 30 cleans L/R)

2. Ten swings a side, walk to station 2 and perform 3 Jerks a side. Repeat 10 times (100 swings L/R 30 Jerks L/R)

3. Ten swings a side, walk to station 2 and perform 3 Long Cycles (Clean & Jerk) a side. Repeat 10 times (100 swings L/R 30 Long Cycles L/R)
