Warm up: 25 swings a side

5 Shoulder exercises 5 x each

1. Sots Press

2. Windmill Press

3. Push Press

4. Seated Press

5. Chest press – Sit up

3 x Dead hang Snatches 5 x Dips repeated 5 X

Finished with some odd lifts.
