3 rounds tonight

Round 1: Warm up with the Functional Five: Swing, High Pull, Clean, Long Cycle, Snatch (1 min L/R before moving onto the next exercise)

Round 2: Snatch 10 rounds of one minute each.  Perform 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14 a side, alternating Left then Right and resting for the remainder of each minute by setting the bell down.

Round 3: 20 minutes of alternate side Long Cycles.  Perform 6 a side, setting the bell down between rounds.

Take 5 minutes between each round or if your just beginning try each round as an individual workout.
