200 Swings, 200 Crunches, 100 Lunges, 200 Body weight squats and 200 mountain climbers
Station A: 10 Swings L/R (20), 20 Crunchies, 10 Lunges
Station B: 20 Body weight squats, 20 Mountain climbers
Simple really, station A is at the top of a hill and B is about 75 yards down the hill. Perform station A exercises, run to station B and perform those exercises, run back to station A. Rinse and repeat.
