Kettlebell Workout 16 Feb 09

More of a Body Weight workout:

Warmup consisted of about a 1/2 mile run stopping to do: Jumping Jacks, Bunny hops, Mountain climbers, Jumping Stars and flutter kicks

Station 1: Pull ups – Round 1. As amny as you can unassisted. Round 2. As many as you can assisted. Round 3. As many as you can doing Jumping Pull Ups

Station 2: Push-Ups. Round 1. As many as you can without setting your knees down

Station 3: Sit-Ups. Round 1. As many as you can till failure, rest in the up position

Station 4: Dips/ Jump Lunges. 5 Rounds, alternate 5 Dips/ 10 Jump Lunges

Finish with 5 minutes of sprints or running.
