Today was a running and body weight workout day. We did our figure eight run which is close to almost a half mile per lap.
Station 1: 20 Overhead swings
Station 2: 5 Pull ups/ 5 leg lifts 2x
Station 3: 5 Dips 2 x
Repeat 3 times
