Nice workout tonight!
There are lots of areas to workout in around Balboa park and near the pool where we work out during the week. We have pull-up and dip bars, and running from one to the other and back is about 1/3 of a mile.
Here is the workout:
Warm Up: 100 Kettlebell Swings
Run – 10 Pull-ups, Run – 20 Push-ups, Run 10 Dips, Run – handstands on the wall for 30 seconds. Repeat 3x for a total of 1 mile run, 30 pull-ups, 60 Push-ups, 30 Dips and and a minute and a half of handstands.
Finished with tactical lunges up the hill.
