A little Kettlebell and a little kung Fu…

20 Minutes of Double KB Long Cycle/ and Pull-ups

i.e. 1 Double KB LC, 1 Pull-up, 2 Double KB LC, 2 Pull-ups, 3 Double KB LC, 3 Pull-ups, for time.

20 Minutes of mit work with body weight exercises worked into alternating rounds.
