Simple workout tonight, all body weight exercises and the Turkish Get Up are for a minute straight and all KB exercises are preformed 1 minute right then 1 minute left.
- Push-Up -1 min/ Rest – 1 min
- Body weight squat -1 min/ Rest -1min
- Sit-Ups -1 min/ Rest -1 min
- Turgish -1 min/ Rest -1 min
- Swing -1 min right/ Rest -1 min, Swing -1 min left/ Rest -1 min
- High Pull -1 min right/ Rest -1 min, High Pull -1 min left/ Rest -1 min
- Clean & Squat-1 min right/ Rest -1 min, Clean & Squat -1 min left/ Rest -1 min
- Clean & Jerk -1 min right/ Rest -1 min, Clean & Jerk -1 min left/ Rest -1 min
- Snatch -1 min right/ Rest -1 min, Snatch -1 min left/ Rest -1 min
Finish with 100 crunchies and 100 flutter kicks
