Kettlebell Workout 25 Feb 09

Hello Everybody!

Simple workout tonight, all body weight exercises and the Turkish Get Up are for a minute straight and all KB exercises are preformed 1 minute right then 1 minute left.

  1. Push-Up -1 min/ Rest – 1 min
  2. Body weight squat -1 min/ Rest -1min
  3. Sit-Ups -1 min/ Rest -1 min
  4. Turgish -1 min/ Rest -1 min
  5. Swing -1 min right/ Rest -1 min, Swing -1 min left/ Rest -1 min
  6. High Pull -1 min right/ Rest -1 min, High Pull -1 min left/ Rest -1 min
  7. Clean & Squat-1 min right/ Rest -1 min, Clean & Squat -1 min left/ Rest -1 min
  8. Clean & Jerk -1 min right/ Rest -1 min, Clean & Jerk -1 min left/ Rest -1 min
  9. Snatch -1 min right/ Rest -1 min, Snatch -1 min left/ Rest -1 min

Finish with 100 crunchies and 100 flutter kicks
