I just finished studying for my CALE, the Calafornia license exam for acupuncturists, the test went well so now I can sit and wait and look forward to the day I get to tear open the envelope with some trepidation and see if I am an Lac or not. Oh the humanity!
Today’s KB routine is as follows…
100 Swings right the left, done all at once or by chunking it down to smaller sets.
3 movement ladder: Long Cycle (Clean and Jerk), Snatch, Windmill
Perform in order one of each, switch sides and repeat. Then switch sides again and do 2 sets in order and so on until you have done a total of ten rungs.
Enjoy, this is harder then it looks.
