Near where we workout in the park is a square patch of grass about 75 to 100 feet per side. We jogged around the edge and performed these exercises at each corner.
5 Warm-up Laps
Corner 1: 20 Body weight squats
Corner 2: 20 Sit ups or crunches
Corner 3: 20 Push ups
Corner 4: 20 Body bridges
5 Work Laps (With Kettlebells)
Corner 1: 20 KB Snatches a side
Corner 2: 20 Double KB Jerks
Corner 3: 20 Double KB Swings
Corner 4: 20 Long Cycle’s (Clean and Jerks), 10 a side
