This was a fantastic workout tonight!
2 Stations: We’ll call it peaks and valleys!
Station 1: Long Cycle
Station 2: Push Ups (Using a picnic table)
Perform each round as follows: 1 LC Right/Left walking 20 feet to a picnic table, do 5 push-ups on the ground. Next, 2 LC Right/Left and back over to the bench for 5 push-ups on the seat of the bench. Then 3 LC a side and 5 push-ups on the table top of the picnic table. Now do 2 LC a side and 5 push-ups on the seat of the picnic table and then 1 LC a side and 5 push-ups on the ground.
That’s one round, repeat 4 times.
