Fun workout today!
Line up all your bells:
Ours were 18, 26, 35, 53, 70 with another 35 about 30 yards away.
Round 1: 10 body weight squats followed by 5 push-ups repeated 5 times ~ 30 swings on the far bell
Round 2: 5 Squat high pulls on each bell ~ 30 swings on the far bell
Round 3a: 5 Squat/Shoulder press per bell with the right only ~ 10 swings on the far bell
Round 3b: 5 Squat/Shoulder press per bell with the left only ~ 10 swings on the far bell
Round 4: 3 Dead lifts/3 Renegade rows a side with double bells ~ 20 swings on the far bell
Round 5: Maximum number of chest presses on each bell, run to far end of field and lunge back (about 40 continuous lunges)
