This one was tough!
Line up all your bells:
Ours were 18, 26, 35, 53, 70.
Round 1: 10 Swings Left/Right per kettlebell – Run 30 yards and do 10 burpies
Round 2: 10 High pulls Left/Right per kettlebell – Run 30 yards and do 10 burpies
Round 3: 5 Clean and Squat Left/Right per kettlebell – Run 30 yards and do 10 burpies
Round 4: 10 Clean and Jerk Left/Right per kettlebell – Run 30 yards and do 10 burpies
Round 5: 10 Snatches Left/Right per kettlebell – Run 30 yards and do 10 burpies
Took a little longer then a hour but really worth it!
Enjoy,

Yes, this was a challenging workout. Having the 70 lb – kettlebells mixed in at the end of each exercise really forces us to push the weight and focus on our form during all the exercises that way we have enough juice left to get the 70 lb bell up. And the small doses of the 70 lb bell are not too taxing on the finger grip. Using the different weights is great for people caught temporarily between weights and who do not want to commit to doing every exercise with a heavier weight.
