		<description>Yes, this was a challenging workout.  Having the 70 lb - kettlebells mixed in at the end of each exercise really forces us to push the weight and focus on our form during all the exercises that way we have enough juice left to get the 70 lb bell up.  And the small doses of the 70 lb bell are not too taxing on the finger grip.  Using the different weights is great for people caught temporarily between weights and who do not want to commit to doing every exercise with a heavier weight.</description>
