Kettlebell Workout 6 Jan 09

Love the workout!!!

Today was so great… I have been studying all day and really needed to move my body!  Got the group all worked out and sweaty too.

Warm up: Light 1/3 mile run

Station 1: Kettlebell Snatch (3 Min a side) + 1 Min Rest

Station 2: Double KettleBell Sumo Squat (6 Min 12 Sets of 5 Reps) + 1 Min Rest

Station 3: Double Kettlebell Jerk (6 Min with authorized rest positions only) + 1 Min Rest

Station 4: Squat/ Push up/ Body Bridge/ Sit Up  Ladder (6 Min) + 1 Min Rest

Cool down: Jog 2/3 mile
