3 sets of an A:B style workout

  1. A: 10 KB swings a side, run to opposite side of the workout area, about 100 feet B: 20 Flutter Kicks – Repeat 5 times
  2. A: 5 KB man makers, run to opposite side of the workout area, about 100 feet B: 10 KB Deadlifts – Repeat 5 times
  3. A: 20 KB 2 handed snatches, run to opposite side of the workout area, about 100 feet B: 10 Alternating KB push ups – Repeat 5 times

Well Its real nice that everyone keeps coming up and telling me what a kick butt site this is and how they like the workouts posted here, How about you guys leave a few comments, feedback, etc. If the workouts are to easy I can always make them more tough!
