Kettlebell Workout 10 Feb 09

Cold night great  workout!

Set the bells up: 18, 26, 35, 53, 70, 70, 53, 35, 26, 18

Workout A:

Round 1: 5 Swings on each bell Right then Left

Round 2: 2 Sots Press per bel Right then Left, modifying exercise when weight is to great.

Workout B:

6 rounds: 1 min Swings/ 1 min body weight verity exercise

Round 1: Alternating 1 Handed Swings/ 100 Punches

Round 2: Overhead Swing/ 50 Knees

Round 3: 2 Handed Swings/ 15 Close Hand Push Ups

Round 4: Alternating 1 Handed Swings/ Jumping Jacks

Round 5: 1 Handed Swings/ Shoulder press and hold – 20 seconds a side

Round 6: Swing High Pulls/ 1 minute Sprints
